Head Chef Richard Hughes and Team offer a Modern British menu that changes according to quality, availability and season.  Our menus promote market fresh ingredients sourced from local producers. Gascoyne Place has close links with local farms, we promote organic produce and our fish arrives daily from Mawes in Cornwall and Brixham in Devon.
